Check your balances, pay bills, transfer money, and locate ATMs and banking centers with just a touch. Our native app is fast, secure and free. Use your current Online Banking login information to start banking today.

Q: Will the Mobile Banking app work on all mobile devices?
A: The app is compatible with all Apple and Android products.

A: You can find the Android App in the Market Place or simply select the link provided to download directly to your device:

Q: Do I need to enroll for Mobile Banking service?
A: Mobile Banking requires no additional enrollment. Once you download the app through your market place or store, you will be prompted to log in. Use the login and password you currently use to access your online account. *Must be an Online Banking Customer. To sign up, visit us at and select the Register button in the top right.

Q: What accounts can I access with Mobile Banking services?
A: Mobile Banking allows you to access any of your accounts available for access within Internet Banking.

Q: How do I view my account information?
A: One you login, you’ll see a listing of all of your online accounts and their available balance, from which you can choose to view account information. Simply click on the account you would like to access to view more information.

Q: Can transfers be made using Mobile Banking service?
A: Immediate internal transfers can be made using the mobile service. The transfers’ page will list all approved online transfer accounts.

Q: Is Mobile Banking service secure?
A: All standard Internet Banking security features are applied at login, including dual authentication.

Q: How much does Mobile Banking cost?
A: NBA does not charge for mobile service. However, depending on the rate plan with your mobile service provider, you may incur charges when accessing the Internet. Please verify before accessing any internet sites.
